Skin allergies and conditions

The client shall inform Amy of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. Amy cannot be held liable for any reactions or losses that occur due to the client’s failure to inform them of any known condition. It is also the client’s responsibility to inform Amy of any sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions within the booked bridal party receiving makeup application. Amy can not be held liable for any reactions or losses that occur due to the client’s failure to inform prior to the application.


Amy reserves the right to refuse makeup application if any contagious skin, hair or eye infections are present. The client and party undertake any makeup services at their own risk.


Depending on the location and timing of your wedding, accommodation may be required for Amy and her assistant the night before the wedding. This will be determined and booked by Amy and the price of which will be included in her quote. This will only be booked after the trial once you confirm you would like to book Amy for your wedding day. This amount will be included in the first wedding instalment invoice sent to you 7 days after your trial. The price of which may be subject to change due to inflation of booking closer to the date.


There is no minimum spend to make a booking, instead there is a minimum amount of people required of ‘2 people’ to book Amy for your wedding day.


A deposit of 25% of the total is required to reserve wedding date. This is non-refundable. The deposit payment can be paid by cash or BACS. Due to the nature of the business your wedding date will not be held until a deposit is paid and a contract is received.


Your deposit will be deducted from the wedding day balance, which will be due 48hrs prior via BACS or on your wedding day via cash. On the day of your wedding I will only accept cash. Please inform bridesmaids and family receiving makeup on the wedding day the accepted forms of payment. Receipt copy of this Bridal makeup contract will be sent via email in a PDF format upon completion. Travel fees may apply.



Travel fee will be charged at 45p per mile out of a 10 mile radius of the CF36 postcode.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before the wedding day without any extra charges. Your 25% original deposit is still non-refundable. If you cancel 30 days prior to your wedding day 50% of the total wedding date rate quote will be charged. If you cancel within 2 weeks or less of the wedding day you will then be charged 100% of the total wedding day rate quoted.

This clause is intended to protect loss of business due to the fact other bookings will have been declined to allow for yours to go ahead.


Amy does not offer refunds for completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact her directly and she will try her utmost to resolve any problems.



To increase Amy's portfolio, Amy may wish to take photographs of the finished makeup looks. Professional photography taken at your wedding will also be requested. These photographs may be used on the artist’s social media pages and website to increase their portfolio, but no personal information will be given apart from your first name and date of your ceremony.


If you do not want this information to be published on social media/website please notify Amy before your trial/wedding day.



To coincide with the new GDPR laws, as a disclaimer I do not share any of my clients details with third parties, or sign them up for mailing lists. By going forward with this booking you are agreeing to have your details in Amy's address book solely for personal use in connection with your booking. If at any point you would like your details removed please let her know.
